KUALA LUMPUR: Nyalafest 2024 promises to be a celebration of cross-cultural music, uniting top Malaysian and Indonesian artistes on one stage at the National Hockey Stadium in Bukit Jalil, here, on Nov 30.
Organised by RF3 Entertainment, in partnership with Wolfstrike Brothers and Neptunes Presents, the music festival will showcase a star-studded lineup from Indonesia, including Feby Putri, Pamungkas, Bernadya, Diskoria, Romantic Echoes, Bilal Indrajaya, and Fugo.
Representing Malaysia, Noh Salleh will take the stage alongside Restoe Iboe for a special collaborative performance.
RF3 Entertainment CEO, Muhammad Nashreen Syazwan Nazeri, expressed pride in curating a lineup of top talent from both nations, highlighting that the artistes' songs have consistently topped music charts.
"Each artiste is dedicated to delivering an outstanding performance, though their song lists will be kept under wraps until the day," he said in a recent statement.
On Noh's participation, Muhammad Nashreen said that the rock singer had collaborated with the organisers several times, and his performances were always well-received by fans.
"Noh's performance with Restoe Iboe will certainly surprise fans.
"Noh often performs solo, but this time, he'll be accompanied by a band, which will showcase a different side of his performance," he added.
Talking about the choice of venue, Muhammad Nashreen said: "The National Hockey Stadium in Bukit Jalil was chosen for its capacity to accommodate over 15,000 spectators."
Nyalafest will open its doors at 2 pm, with performances beginning at 3pm.
