KUALA LUMPUR: Former Selangor menteri besar Dr Mohamad Khir Toyo today married a civil servant Christine Zanitrah Abdullah as his second wife.
It is learnt Dr Mohamad Khir, 51, and Christine Zanitrah, 39, who converted to Islam last April, were married at an unknown location in the country.
“Mohamad Khir’s second marriage was conducted in the country. Christine Zanitrah is a civil servant in Putrajaya,” a source close to Dr Mohamad Khir told Bernama today.
The source also sent several pictures of the couple at their wedding ceremony. Christine Zanitrah wore a dress designed by Datuk Radzuan Radziwill.
Dr Mohamad Khir married his first wife, Zaharah Kechik, in 1990 and the couple has three children. --Bernama
