SEREMBAN: A man who was reported missing a few days ago was found inside a parked car at Garden Homes, Seremban 2 here last night.
It is believed that he died three days ago.
The 43-year-old man's friends tried to locate him before finding his car at the said location at around 7.30 pm.
Firefighting senior assistant supervisor and operation commander, Mohd Kamal Mohd Kimar said the car door was locked, and it had to be forced open.
"We received a call regarding an unconscious man inside a locked car parked in front of a supermarket near Garden Homes at 7.31 pm.
"A team from the Seremban 2 fire station was deployed and assisted by those from the Rantau fire station.
"When we arrived at the scene, a man who had found his unconscious friend approached us. It was learnt that the vehicle had been there for three days," he said.
Mohd Kamal said medical personnel checked the victim's vitals and confirmed that he had died.
He added that the body had been handed over to the police for the next course of action.
