KUALA LUMPUR: Eateries can resume dine-in services starting tomorrow (Feb 10) in accordance with stringent standard operating procedures (SOP) to prevent Covid-19 infection.
Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said only two people would be allowed per table.
"Eateries must also ensure physical distancing of at least one metre (between each person).
"Restaurant owners must also assign at least one worker to control entry of customers into their outlets, register the entry of staff and customers, and ensure physical distancing of one metre," he said during a press conference today.
He said restaurants and eateries would be allowed to operate from 6am to 10pm.
