KUALA LUMPUR: One of PKR's founding members, Dr Syed Husin Ali, is in critical condition at Selayang Hospital.
This was confirmed to the New Straits Times by a PKR member of parliament who declined to be named.
The 87-year-old former academic is reported to be unconscious at the hospital.
Syed Husin was president of Parti Rakyat Malaysia and became PKR deputy president in 2003 when PRM merged with Parti Keadlilan Nasional.
