DBKL demolishes illegal structures in Titiwangsa [WATCH]

KUALA LUMPUR: The Kuala Lumpur City Hall has demolished and disposed of all illegal structures built in public areas around Jalan Raja Alang, Titiwangsa on Monday.

The action to demolish the structures was carried out under the Streets, Drainage, and Building Act 1974.

Apart from DBKL, the integrated operation was conducted with the involvement of the police, Titiwangsa branch Health and Environment Department as well as Licensing and Business Development Department.

"DBKL has disposed of all debris from the demolished structures after the operation concluded

"DBKL will continue to take action and monitor identified key locations from time to time," DBKL said in a statement on its Facebook account.
