Tropicana's new business hub in Kota Kemuning generates strong sales

KUALA LUMPUR: Tropicana Corporation Bhd said that Umara, the company's new business hub in Kota Kemuning's Tropicana Aman, has achieved a 100 per cent take-up rate for the 100 units it recently launched.

This 13.5-acre business hub has nine blocks that contain two- and three-storey shop offices, with a gross development value of RM264 million.

According to Ixora Ang, executive director of marketing, sales, and business development at Tropicana, the shop offices start at RM1.97 million.

Ang said the shop offices are suitable for first-time entrepreneurs, start-ups, and larger businesses seeking to expand their operations and client base.

"As a community builder, Tropicana understands the importance of fostering a self-sustaining township with complementary commercial spaces to drive growth, expansion, and footfall.

"The new business hub follows in the footsteps of earlier successful launches in Tropicana Aman, such as Triana and Sinaria, and its success speaks to how these offerings have enriched Kota Kemuning's outlook with vibrant tenant mixes, placing everything within reach for residents and visitors," Ang said.
