KUALA LUMPUR: Kelantan Darul Naim (KDN) could be hauled up by Fifa over alleged unpaid wages and visa issues concerning their South Korean players.
Football agent Jeong Myeong Ho revealed that he had made an official complaint to the world body after KDN did not settle the issues concerned within the deadline.
Myeong Ho said that he is open to finding a resolution, but the Kelantan club seemed to be uninterested.
"I filed an official complaint with Fifa today (yesterday). You keep lying, and I can no longer wait," Myeong Ho posted on Instagram.
"I have initiated legal action through Fifa, and this team may disappear soon."
It was alleged that Myeong Ho's coaches and players were forced to live illegally in Malaysia after KDN failed to secure visas for them.
In an Instagram post, he said that the affected individuals couldn't travel or fly to away games, with even a player from Myanmar caught up in the same issue.
KDN is alleged to have worsened the situation by its failure to pay salaries for three months, along with outstanding rent and vehicle payments.
Last week, KDN president Rozi Mohamad said that the club had not ignored the issue and attributed the delay to a misunderstanding.
He added that KDN are in the final stage of sorting out their foreign players' visas and he also denied the allegation of neglecting the players.
