#Showbiz: Alif Satar calls on busy dads to put in more family time

KUALA LUMPUR: Multi-talented Alif Satar may sing, host and participate in triathlons, but he admits that his happiest moments are spent with his “little princesses”.

The doting father of Alisha Anugerah, 3, and Ariana Mecca, 1, said in an Instagram post yesterday that fathers and future fathers should always make time for their wives and children if they planned their days right”.

“I just wanna share, today I went cycling 80km and ran 5km from morning till noon in Putrajaya. When I got home I was dead tired of course so I took a short nap.

“When I got up I told my wife I wanted to take the girls out for some fun and you know what? I’m glad I did.

“So to all dads and dads-to-be, don’t let fatigue be an excuse, if you plan your day right and make time for your wives and children, I guarantee you, it’s the best decision you’ll ever make.”

“Well said Alif! My husband always makes sure he allocates some quality time for the young ones. Spending time with them is therapeutic,” said Az.
