KEMAMAN: A 13-year-old student lodged a police report against two male acquaintances for raping her in two separate incidents.
The victim, accompanied by her mother lodged a report at the Chukai police station at 5.10am today.
The minor was sent for a medical check-up at the Kemaman Hospital here today.
District police chief Superintendent Mohd Said Ibrahim said the student from Kampung Air Putih here claimed that in September, she was on a date with a 13-year-old boy at a hut near Kampung Paya Berenjut when she was raped by the boy.
Mohd said added that on Dec 17, the student followed another friend, a 21-year-old man, to a futsal tournament at Kampung Air Putih at 1.30am.
"She claimed that she was raped by the man after following him to his house in Chukai after the tournament. After she was raped, she stayed with the man until Monday.
"When she returned home early Monday morning, her mother questioned her and she confessed that she slept with her boyfriend.
"Shocked, her mother brought her to lodge a police report," he said.
Police are looking for the two suspects and investigating the case under Section 379 of the Penal Code for rape.
