ISKANDAR PUTERI: Police arrested a 29-year-old man in connection with a shop break-in and motorcycle theft that occurred earlier this month in Gelang Patah.
Police arrested him on Tuesday at 6.30pm, and seized a motorcycle which was reported stolen after the stop was broken into on Dec 1.
District police chief Assistant Commissioner M. Kumarasan said the man with an extensive criminal record, with 14 priors for various crime and four drug-related offences, also tested positive for drugs when he was detained.
Police also seized tools and modified Allen keys that were believed to have been used during the break-in.
