Klang folk, here are the CMCO roadblocks in your area

KLANG: Klang Selatan police will mount roadblocks and close several roads in Bukit Tinggi as well as Taman Sri Andalas in view of the 14-day Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) in the Klang sub-district, which takes place from midnight today (00.01am Oct 9).

Klang Selatan police chief Assistant Commissioner Shamsul Amar Ramli said that in Bukit Tinggi, roadblocks will be set up at Persiaran Pegaga (in front of Restoran Subaidah) and Jalan Kim Chuan (in front of 99 Speedmart).

The roads that will be closed off to motorists are Jalan Batu Unjur 9, the road entering Onking Chain-Store Malaysia Sdn Bhd and a lane in front of Kedai Motosikal Wisfatt.

In Taman Sri Andalas, there is a roadblock at the exit and entry of Jalan Tun Dr Ismail while the roads in front of Masjid Ar Rahimiah, Jalan Sri Siantan, Jalan Sri Siantan 41 and Jalan Sri Damak 53 will be closed.

Amar said that those wanting to enter and exit the Bukit Tinggi areas (Bayu Perdana, Flat Sri Angkasa, Apartment Vista Bayu and Bayu Villa) as well as Taman Sri Andalas are advised to obtain consent letters from the police.

"Mobile police stations will be set up at Bukit Tinggi and Taman Sri Andalas. However, no letter of permission or special permit is required to enter or exit other areas in the Klang district for now. This is to subjected to further developments," he said.

"The people are advised to adhere to the CMCO regulations. Compounds will be served against anyone who violate the standard operating procedures," added Amar.
